My neighbour's dog got into my garden where it killed a clutch

Customer Question

My neighbour's dog got into my garden where it killed a clutch of ducklings. I understand that a dog owner is responsible for the dog's control, and that it is also their responsibility to fence against their own animals and keep them out of my property.
What should I do now?
