Is this a temporary structure for kids?

It is a solid wooden structure professionally built for children to use.

Was planning permission needed?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It was just within the dimensions which negated the need for planning permission. Local planners have visited the structure and confirmed the measurements. Overall height is 0,5 cm under maximum allowed.
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.

Its bad news then I am afraid. If its not a planning issue then sadly there is nothing you can do. They are permitted to do this and there is no case in law.

As such you are not able to do anything because there is no right in law.

I am sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest.

Can I clarify anything for you about today please?
