Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

You need to write and ask the tenant to leave. If the tenant does not then you need to seek an order for possession.

You need to complete form N5:

http://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/hmctsformfinder/n005-eng.pdf

The court will set the matter down for a hearing and decide whether to give possession. If the Court does and this sub tenant refuses to leave they can be evicted with bailiffs.

But they can ONLY be evicted with a Court order.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
