Customer Question

A tenant was served section 21, which she ignored. It was followed by court proceedings resulting in receiving order for possession! The tenant was meant to leave on 3 August, but she's still there. The matter has gone back to court to seek county court bailiff to get her out.Today we've received three calls from her asking to sort the boiler out, as it's not working....are we obliged to?

Hi, thank you for your question. When is the eviction date?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Harris, well, she was meant to leave on 3rd August, but she hasn't. The matter has gone to court to seek county court bailiff to evict her. This was applied on 4th August.
