My property failed to sell at auction on a no sale fee

Customer Question

My property failed to sell at auction on a no sale fee basis. Is there a limit on when I can put on the market again with another agent

1. There is no limit upon when you can put the property on the market with another agent. Just because your no sale no fee arrangement did not give rise to a fee, this in no way prevents you from immediately getting another agent to act, whether on a fee payment basis or otherwise.
