I asked a previous question last week, as I took a tenancy

Customer Question

Hi, I asked a previous question last week, as I took a tenancy for a property and a week later, I was denied entry by the Landlord who was in dispute with the Letting Agency. Now I have requested a copy of the Tenancy Agreement (contract) from the agency, and they've refused to supply it, stating that it is property of the Landlord. Where legally do I stand?

Was the tenancy formally completed?

Are you out of pocket in any way?
