Customer Question

Is it legal for a landlord to send a text msg. instructing the tenant that the rent is being increased by £200 /month from April 2016 which I have paid and still had nothing in writing.
Also the landlord enters the property continuously when I am away without my consent.

It is a Standard Tenancy Agreement with Letting Agents ***** ***** it has been running for over 6 years now.
And has not been updated for over 4 years. The landlords handle all the day to day requirements ? and the rent is paid into their Bank Account which has changed several times.
