Thank you for your question and welcome. My name is ***** ***** I will assist you. You can form a new company at Companies House using a form IN01 - if you want the company to be a wholly owned subsidiary of an existing company, then you must make the existing company the sale shareholder of the new company. You can have corporate shareholders, but at least one director of the company must be a natural legal person (i.e not a company). Kind regards AJ
