I had solar panels attached to my house and Clean assured me

Customer Question

I had solar panels attached to my house and Green Clean assured me I didn't need planning permission. Now I am trying to zell my house and my buyers solicitor will not proceed without an indemnity as they say I am in a co sevation area (RAFBadersfield). Cannot get an indemnity as I havepanels front andbackalthough the front ones do not reach to the gutter and do not overhang. GreenCleanwho fittedthem and assured me it was OK have now gone out of business. What do I do. Don't want to take them off as this could damage the roof. Is there anythinb I can do or is my house unsaleable.
