A property was advertised as a two bedroom which is as not

Customer Question

A property was advertised as a two bedroom which is as not and misled me to bid for it at auction. I have just realised the seller cleverly moved the kitchen to the living room and used the original kitchen space as another bedroom. Unfortunately, the space can't be classified as a bed room as it's too small for even single bed to fit in.I have told them of my concerned and made it clear the property was musteprented. They have come back to me and said they did ad an addendum on the very day of the auction and I missed to read that. As the changed the word two bedrooms to two rooms because they realised the initial two bedrooms wording no was misleading. This changed was done last minute to tricked buyers who may miss it as I did. Just seen the paper work given to me with the changed word which was initial by the memeber of auction staff but not me as it was not shown to me but I was asked to initial all the other legal pack. I fdon't Ndidi this misleading and unwilling to loose 30k due today this. How far can I make my case as the addendum was not sign nor initial by me
