Morning I've paid a deposit and paid a months rent in

Resolved Question:

Morning
I've paid a deposit and paid a months rent in advance on a flat.
I have not yet signed a contract and I don't have the keys.
Do I still have to take this flat ?
Can they make me pay for the agreed 6 months ?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

No, if the contract has not been signed by both you and the landlord you can pull out.

They can’t make you pay the six months.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

If not, I would appreciate a 5 star rating for my answer. Thanks!
