Hi,

There are a number of settings depending on the TV the Player is connected to. Is it a 3D TV?, please provide Make/Model.

Best Regards,

Richard

Hi Wesley,

Try this:

1. Press HOME
2. Select Setup
3. Select Player Settings
4. Select 3D
5. Select 3D Type and adjust this to be compatible with your TV which is Full 3D I believe.

Unfortunately the manual does not explain the various settings under the 3D heading, so might need a bit of 'trial and error' to get this right.

Let me know if that works, if not I'll investigate further.

Best Regards,

Richard

On the TV can you try:

1. Press Menu
2. Select Picture
3. Select 3D Settings
4. Set 3D Detection to ON

Let me know if that works, if not I'll investigate further.
