Hi there,

A TV cannot output a signal from a VCR to a DVD recorder.
To record from the VCR to the DVD recorder, it will need to be set up so that the video output from the VCR feeds directly into the DVD recorder. You can then view that feed by connecting the DVD recorder to the TV.
