DMR-EX95VEBS.
WORKING UNTIL YETERDAY. NOTHING CHANGED. SUDDENLY NO TV PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE - NO SIGNAL ACCORDING TO DISPLAY WHEN AUTO SETUP ACTIVATED.
HOWEVER SIGNAL REACHES TV VIA THE RECORDER AS ALL STAIONS STILL WORK.
WHAT IS FAULT AND WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR REPAIR. KIDDERMINSTER UK.

First, can you on the player itself, push and hold both the channel up and down buttons for 10 seconds, then release.
This should reset it and allow you to complete the setup again.
Do this and tell me if it now functions correctly please.

It is the internal tuner in the player that has faulted.
A corrupted firmware can cause this. But we have ruled this out by trying to reinstall it. The fact that the problem continues, confirms this.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the player to have it replaced. You return it to the place of purchase (so the store you got it from) and they can then organise this for you.
