Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Can you tell me what you mean by "code"? Are you having trouble with programming a remote control, or are you just asking what model/part number for discs you should purchase?
Expert:  Nathan replied 2 years ago.
Any of the dual layer dvd-ram discs will work, for the extended capacity: http://amzn.to/1TKBvSf or http://amzn.to/1TKBBJCAlternately, for much lower per disc cost, though at reduced/standard capacity, any dvd-r disc will work. Just make sure it is the "-" and not the + discs: http://amzn.to/1TKBHkz

Many thanks for your efforts so far. However I have keyed in both the addresses that you suggested and in both cases the message back was "this address is not recognized" I would grateful for you to check this information.
There also seems to be some idea that I am asking for some .other help. All I want is the addresses of the companies
supplying the particular discs.

Rather than keying, please simply click on each of the links, they point you directly to the product listing for each item from amazon: http://amzn.to/1TKBvSf http://amzn.to/1TKBBJChttp://amzn.to/1TKBHkz I've rechecked and each of these links works, but I can resend in another format, if needed.
