Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. What model is this?

No, but if I press Direct Navigator it will show 11 A1

Please turn it off if you can and then unplug it.
Leave it unplugged for 10 minutes, then with it still unplugged press any button onit (not the remote) for 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and let me know what it does.

I was afraid you were going to say it went back to 0's. That would mean you have either a failing cap or IC inside the machine usually this one:
