I updated my sky box DRX 780 software and was getting Channels

Customer Question

I updated my sky box DRX 780 software and was getting Channels 101 to 103 with good quality image but Channels 104> not available with the message "Your sky+HD box isn't getting a satellite signal".
On rebooting, I had access to all Channels with a lower quality image.
On reopening the Sky Box, it reverted to Channel 101 to 103 with no access to 104> but with significantly lower quality image.

Hi there,There may be an intermittent signal loss from the dish to the box.Check the condition of the coax connections at both ends - if they appear frayed, corroded or damaged in any way, then replace the connections and try again.Also check the alignment of the dish - if it has moved or slipped then it may receive some channels ok but not others.
