The air conditioners in my 2005 39foot Fleetwood Excursion

The air conditioners in my 2005 39foot Fleetwood Excursion were working great until the middle of last night when the rear unit stopped. The panel temp reads "00" and can't be reset. Today the front unit quit. The temp control can't be adjusted from "00".
I have shut off circuit breaker as precaution. The vehicle was serviced at Fleetwood's factory in Decatur, Indiana on July 28, 2015 for an issue with the refrigerator. Work order 109434 SE. The vehicle only has 31,000 miles on it. Please answer ASAP. Jerome

My info is limited on your model here but I see no one else has responded and thought I would see if I can help here.

From what you have described here this sounds like a fault with the control panel electronics possibly or a temp sensor has failed and is sending an incorrect temp signal.This can cause this type of fault here.This will have to be tested/checked further to be sure and from there repaired to correct this fault here.
