i would like to put a static caravan on my rented croft,but convert it to a shed come store for animal feed,do i need planning consent

Subject to any local planning regulations, where the caravan is being used for storage and is not connected to the mains etc you should not need planning permission. However, you should check with your local planning department as the area and location will matter.
