Customer Question

if I can get my partner to agree with a split in finances how do I make this a legal agreement

Thank you for your question.

You need to have the agreement in writing properly drawn up by a solicitor and registered in the Books of Council and Session in Edinburgh for preservation and execution. The agreement then becomes as binding and enforceable in the same way as a court decree.

Happy to discuss further.

I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
