Customer Question

£170 theft in asda all items recovered in store asda told me not to worry as first offence police charged me but as I have never been in trouble with police will try to get me a warning from fiscal what does this mean

Thank you for your question.

A warning from the fiscal means that they won't prosecute you as it's a first offence and it won't end up on your criminal record. However if you do it again. They are likely to prosecute both any new charge and the old one.

Happy to discuss further.

I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
