Resolved Question:

I am being sued for not paying maintenance payments in full even though I was unemployed and couldn't afford. Now remarried, I life in my current wives home, can that be taken from her if I have to pay full debt?

No, if the title to the house is in your wife's sole name any debt you have cannot affect her house or assets.
