If the court rules in my favour but the car dealership does

Resolved Question:

If the court rules in my favour but the car dealership does nothing? How can I claim money owed?

Thank you for your question.

You instruct a firm of sheriff officers to collect the debt by, say, taking one of their cars and selling it to meet the debt.

Sheriff offers enforce decrees and orders of the court.
