In that case you can do the following:

Go to this link and print this form:

http://www.scotcourts.gov.uk/docs/default-source/scf---sc---simplified-divorce-and-simplified-dissolution-of-civil-partnership/form-spb---simplified-divorce-2-year-separation.doc?sfvrsn=8

Fill in the form and get it notarised by a solicitor.

Take it to the local sheriff court with your marriage certificate. Pay the court fee.

Your divorce will be granted within 4 to 6 weeks.

Happy to discuss further.

In the meantime please leave positive feedback so that I am credited for my time.
