Is it acceptable for a childminder in Scotland to have a toddler

Resolved Question:

Is it acceptable for a childminder in Scotland to have a toddler wandering around with nothing on and peeing and pooping on the floor? If not who should I report this to?

Thank you for your question.

Any issue of childcare and what is acceptable and what is not will depend on the circumstances of any particular incident or event. However child minding registration in Scotland is dealt with by the Care Inspectorate. Any issues should be addressed to them.
