im being accused of stealing a jacket and received a fine off

Resolved Question:

im being accused of stealing a jacket and received a fine off 350 pound from the crown office. i never stole the jacket and i wasnt even in the place during the time

You should deny the charge and let them take you to court. You should not accept the fine. If you have evidence of an alibi then you should be going to trial on this.
