we purchased a pedigree puppy at the start of February from a breeder and paid the breeder in full we had the pup 2 days then it became sick we contacted the breeder who then got the puppy back but we didn't get our money back we paid for the pup please advise us on what to do

we paid 320 pounds for the pup when we got the pup it kept being sick and had very bad bloody diahrroea the pup is now back with the breeder who has sold it on to another buyer

As the breeder has taken the animal back he has accepted your rejection of it under section 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Because of this you are entitled to claim damages from him, including the purchase price.
