uf part of a judgement is found to be purposely misleading or the facts be written in order to mislead third parties yet at a tribunal heating had been proven non- factual & then ommited what are the legal steps that can be taken ti rectify this? can a judgement stand ir are there ways to have this investigated if so what are they
