I know in the rest of the UK if you are on pension credit guarantee this entitles you to full legal aid, As I live in Scotland can you tell me what if any state benefits are exempt for the working out your legal aid entitlement

In Scotland only the following benefits entitle you to legal aid automatically:
Income Support
Job Seekers Allowance (Income based)
Employment and Support Allowance (Income based)
All other benefits are treated as income and assessed accordingly.
