I was drunk at a train station and sniffed a womans hair. I have been released on an undertaking but have to go to court.The undertaking is section 38 criminal justice and licensing scotland act 2010. What is likely to happen to me? i have no previous criminal records.

i am self employed ,35 years old, i live with my girlfriend and two kids and i have to appear at a sherrif court.
