Today at a roundabout the car in front of me pulled forward

Resolved Question:

Today at a roundabout the car in front of me pulled forward to exit the roundabout, half way over the white line she slammed her breaks on, as I had started to move forward I hit the back of her. Who is at fault here?

JGM : Thank you for your question. You are at fault for being in a position whereby you were behind the other driver to the extent that you were unable to stop in time to avoid the collision. I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
