Im defender could I ask You ,
if court verdict about eviiction was granted 10 of Oktober this year.
Do I have rights to stay in this property for same time or I should move out ?

Thank you for your question.
If the court granted the order then you should be moving out. The Pursuer can get the order in writing from the court fourteen days after it is granted and then instruct sheriff officers to evict you and lock up the house. You don't want an eviction so you should make arrangements as soon as you can.
