Thank you question.
Barbara get the house.
Barbara gets the furniture.
Barbara gets £50,000 cash from the remaining moveable estate and heritable estate proportionately so £35,000 from moveables and £15,000 from the plot.
That deals with prior rights leaving a balance of moveable estate of £105,000 less the £35,000 is £80,000.
Barbara gets a third of the £80.000.
Each surviving child gets one twenty first of the £80,000.
Kenny and Lenny share one twenty first of the £80,000 between them.
The remaining third of the £80,000 along with the remaining £30000 plot value is shared one seventh to each child and one seventh to Lenny and Kenny.
I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited time.
