"Where issue have predeceased, their share of the legitim fund will be paid by way of representation to remoter issue however remote"
IF ISSUE PREDECEASES WIDOWED PARENT AND HE/HER HAS NO ISSUE WILL HIS/HER SHARE OF THE LEGITIM FUND BE SHARED AMONGTS THE OTHER ISSUE CLAIMING LEGAL RIGHTS? OR WILL HIS/HER SHARE BE ADDED TO THE "DEAD'S PART" FUND TO BE DISTRIBUTED ACCORDING TO THE WILL?
