You just answered a question of mine regarding speeding fine

Resolved Question:

You just answered a question of mine regarding speeding fine I have one more question. Would a judge give a high fine for a speeding conviction for 80 in a 70 zone

Thank you for your question.
Because you were convicted in court as opposed to taking the earlier opportunity of a fixed penalty, the court will load the penalty, possibly to as much as 5 points and a £200 fine.
I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
