What would be the selling price of commercial property with a rateable value of £5000

Thank you for your question.
This is really a question for a chartered surveyor as you can't reach a property valuation from a rateable value alone. You have to consider the type of property and its use as well as where it's situated and its size and condition.
Have you considered having a survey done?
-Could you explain your situation a little more?
