My 15 year old son was subject to an unprovoked attack

Customer Question

Hi,, My 15 year old son was subject to an unprovoked attack by Police Scotland on Thursday 15/2015,, my son sub stained fractured ribs, severe bruising to his arms, neck and back And has had ongoing severe pains to his neck back and ribs still. My son was charged with a Breach Off The Police and Obstructing a Police Officer on this date. We had a home visit by an Early Intervention Worker who made us aware that Police Scotland had decided not to take this case any further, this Lady read us out a report that Police had provided her with and as she read it out to us I used this time to show her evidence wich actually proved the Police report was infact false, so this lady (intervention worker) advised me that I keep all evidence I have and that I should seek advise on wot way I can take this case further in a way my son maybe recieve compensation but more importantly he is not harassed by Police as one off the threats made thy an officer was that he will pull my son aside EVERY time he sees him. I would be so greatfull for any advise or help i if it can be offered. Thank you, Miss,N,Mooney
