Can you tell me more about this? In what way did the solicitor lie to you? Also how was the lie communicated? Was it oral or in writing?
Who were the executors of the will?

the solicitor told me that my father had changed his will very shortly before his death it was oral but there are witnesses to what she said the executers of the will were not invited to the so called reading of the will and were two honest and well respected buissnes men

Note that there is no formal reading of a will in Scotland.
