I live in a house with residential only parking to the back

Customer Question

I live in a house with residential only parking to the back of the house. Can anyone park there without the permission of the tennents.
I am in Scotland where I think the law is different.

If the area is owned privatelytely then only the owners and their tenants can park there. The owners can remove any vehicle parked there that shouldn't be there.
