Resolved Question:

I have recently parted company with my lawyers
A writ has been served and my tenant has 21 days to respond. I wish to inform the court of this and ensure any future correspondence ie ie if a NID has been lodged to be forwarded to myself and not them.
Is this possible and if it is how would I achieve this ?

Thank you for your question.
You write both to the court and to your opponent advising that you are dealing with this yourself and that all correspondence is to be sent to you.
I hope this helps. Please leave a positive response so that I am credited for my time.
