the son in law has divorced the daughter? when?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The daughter (my niece) died before he went on to re marry 34 years ago.
Expert:  ivorylounge replied 1 year ago.
Has he been left anything in the will?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There is no will in place. Does he have any legal rights as a son-in-law given he has re-married all those years ago.
Expert:  ivorylounge replied 1 year ago.
From what you have written he will not have any rights or interest in the estate. I am happy to discuss. Please rate positively
