My neighbours have right of access across a designated area

Customer Question

my neighbours have right of access across a designated area - path around my property and within my property boundary. Does this allow them to let contractors and delivery men use the access? also what are my rights regarding putting up a fence around my property and gates...unlocked...to keep my dog in

1. Unless there is any restriction on the access right narrated in the title deeds then the access can be used for contractors and deliveries. 2. There is nothing to stop you fencing as long as the gate remains unlocked.
