Hi There
I had a visit from the police this morning saying they had a complaint from another driver saying I was driving dangerous when overtaking, they said they had to warn me that I may here from them about this. what constitutes dangerous driving, I was in the said area at the time but don't recall any incident, any advice ?

Dangerous driving is driving in a way that could cause an accident. If they can't say how your driving was dangerous they have no case. If they had evidence they would've charged you.
