Resolved Question:

What I the easiest way to arrange that my son is the sole beneficiary of my estate?

You would make a will naming as sole beneficiary. If you have a wife and/or other children you can't cut them out totally as they have legal rights to part of your estate irrespective of the terms of a will. Happy to discuss further with more information. In the meantime I hope that helps. Please leave a positive rating so that I am credited for my time.
