Customer Question

How do i find out if my family name owns any land in Scotland? From ancestral inheritance for example.

Thank you for your question. If you know the names of those that may own land in Scotland you can go to a searcher such as Millar & Bryce to carry out searches for you. Dates and places would also be helpful. Basically the more information you have the easier and cheaper it is to search the various Scottish land registers. I hope that helps.
