I have a property let out on an assured tenancy. It is now

Customer Question

I have a property let out on an assured tenancy. It is now in a monthly rolling with notice of 8 weeks to be given for termination. Whilst I have not given notice, I would like o have the property valued by an estate agent. Assuming I provide 24 hours minimum notice for this am I allowed and what if the tenant refuses?

Thanks for your question. I am a solicitor in Scotland. What does the tenancy agreement say about landlord access and inspections?
