Have a problem with engaging the cutter on a Countax C500H.

Customer Question

Have a problem with engaging the cutter on a Countax C500H. When the engage switch is pushed forward the cutter does not engage. The ignition light does not illuminate however, when the cutter switch is pushed forward the cutter and ignition lights flash.
The switch is new, the circuit board has been checked with a replacement. Also the solenoid has been replaced.
Need ideas!

In the wiring, there is a relay, This should be the pto relay. Check the relay to see if it is sending voltage to the clutch.

The switch should activate the relay, which activates the clutch.
