Customer Question

When switching on Karcher K620M washer it will only start to work when I set to mix on the lance and then move to max on the lance. When I release the trigger I have to repeat. I will not operate either the foam pot or the patio rotating brush

I advised I had previously changed the spool valve shown in the you tube video link you provided

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
The spool valve has to shift in the housing, is it free to move?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

By shifting do you mean it can be easily removed from the unit

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
Yes,and has to move back and forth.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes it does

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
Let me opt out, I can't think of anything else.

One other point to note but if I remove the lance from the gun and press the trigger the pump kicks in but when I put the lance back on it shuts sprays out water without the pump.
