New spark plug? New fuel mix? How old is unit? Could fuel lines be brittle? Does the choke plate close the throttle body when choked?

What kind of compression does the engine have? Needs to be over 140 psi. Low compression and you will have hard start.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
DONT KNOW COMPRESSION, WHEN ENGINE DOES START IT SOUNDS GREAT, WHICH LEADS ME TO THINK THAT ITS A FUEL PROBLEM

Maybe a new carburetor would help, new one is cheaper than a rebuild kit.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
THAT WAS WHAT I WAS THINLING, OR NEW CARB GASKETS
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 year ago.
Is carburetor screws tight? I doubt gasket is bad, unless carb has been run loose.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
SCREWS OK THINK I MUST GO DOWN THE LINE OF NEW CARB
