THINK IT'S ALL FIXED UP BUT IT WON'T START. ONE INSTRUCTION SAYS "ENSURE
THAT THE IGNITION CABLE IS CONNECTED TO THE SPARK PLUG. HOW WOULD I DO

First is if filled with oil and petrol? Then look on the back side of the mower engine for a large (1/4") size wire, this is spark plug wire, it has to be connected to the spark plug. Just clips on. Most likley it is already on! Won't start, is switch in the on position? Is there a choke, Use choke for initial start.
